RETURN & EXCHANGE:

You must contact us (info@aboutubyrosettle.com.au) before posting any returned item.

All items must be returned back to us within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.

Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, free of perfume, make up. 

If returning swims, please make sure that the hygiene sticker is left on.

Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.

We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

Please Note: All postage costs for returns/exchanges must be covered by the customer. In case of refund, postage cost is not refundable. If you have received a faulty/defective item, please contact us. Thanks
